Reservation and
Payment Information

  • Operating hours, ticket prices, discounts, and refund policies can be found
    on the information board.
  • Reservations for the railbike can be made up to one day before your ride,
    and your booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.
  • Changes to the date, time, or number of bikes are not allowed after reservation.
    ※ To change your booking, please cancel and make a new reservation.
    A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing.
  • Payment must be completed by midnight on the reservation date
    ; otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled.
    ※ Note : Payments may be restricted during bank maintenance hours.
    Please check in advance.
  • Same-day reservations are not accepted.
    On-site tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis only.
    ※ If sold out, on-site purchase is not available.
  • Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour before departure.
    No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals without notice.
  • During peak seasons(May 1–31 and October 1–31), most discounts do not apply.
    (However, discounts for the disabled, national merit holders, locals,
    and groups are still valid

Boarding &
Usage Information

  • Please arrive at the boarding area at least 20 minutes before departure.
    ※ Heavy traffic is expected on weekends and holidays
    please allow extra travel time.
  • You must present your reservation number to receive your ticket at the site.
  • Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
  • 2-seater and 4-seater bikes depart separately, and overloading is not permitted.
    ※ 4-seater bikes depart first, followed by 2-seaters.
  • Children under 36 months can board only with a guardian and
    after submitting a signed waiver form.

Operation &
Safety Guidelines

  • Children and elderly passengers must be accompanied by a guardian.
  • Children over 36 months must be seated individually and wear a seatbelt.
  • Railbikes operate in rainy weather, but services may be suspended
    in the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain or strong winds)
    for safety reasons.
  • Operation may be stopped or schedules adjusted for safety purposes.
  • Railbikes are heavier than regular bicycles, so please be cautious
    when operating or braking.
  • Drinking, smoking, sudden stops, unauthorized disembarkation, rough play,
    and abusive language are strictly prohibited during operation.
  • When boarding or disembarking, always ensure the railbike has come
    to a complete stop.
  • Keep hands and feet away from mechanical parts such as chains and wheels.
  • Maintain a safe distance of at least 10 meters from the railbike ahead.
    ※ In rainy weather, maintain at least 20 meters of distance.
