Reservation and Payment Information
Operating hours, ticket prices, discounts, and refund policies can be found
on the information board.
Reservations for the railbike can be made up to one day before your ride,
and your booking is confirmed only after payment is completed.
Changes to the date, time, or number of bikes are not allowed after reservation. ※ To change your booking, please cancel and make a new reservation.
A cancellation fee may apply depending on the timing.
Payment must be completed by midnight on the reservation date
; otherwise, the booking will be automatically canceled. ※ Note : Payments may be restricted during bank maintenance hours.
Please check in advance.
Same-day reservations are not accepted.
On-site tickets are available on a first-come, first-served basis only. ※ If sold out, on-site purchase is not available.
Cancellations can be made up to 1 hour before departure.
No refunds for no-shows or late arrivals without notice.
During peak seasons(May 1–31 and October 1–31), most discounts do not apply.
(However, discounts for the disabled, national merit holders, locals,
and groups are still valid

Boarding & Usage Information
Please arrive at the boarding area at least 20 minutes before departure. ※ Heavy traffic is expected on weekends and holidays
please allow extra travel time.
You must present your reservation number to receive your ticket at the site.
Lost tickets cannot be reissued or refunded.
2-seater and 4-seater bikes depart separately, and overloading is not permitted. ※ 4-seater bikes depart first, followed by 2-seaters.
Children under 36 months can board only with a guardian and
after submitting a signed waiver form.
Operation & Safety Guidelines
Children and elderly passengers must be accompanied by a guardian.
Children over 36 months must be seated individually and wear a seatbelt.
Railbikes operate in rainy weather, but services may be suspended
in the event of severe weather (e.g., heavy rain or strong winds)
for safety reasons.
Operation may be stopped or schedules adjusted for safety purposes.
Railbikes are heavier than regular bicycles, so please be cautious
when operating or braking.
Drinking, smoking, sudden stops, unauthorized disembarkation, rough play,
and abusive language are strictly prohibited during operation.
When boarding or disembarking, always ensure the railbike has come
to a complete stop.
Keep hands and feet away from mechanical parts such as chains and wheels.
Maintain a safe distance of at least 10 meters from the railbike ahead. ※ In rainy weather, maintain at least 20 meters of distance.
Reservation guide
Reservation date, time, and the number of bikes cannot be changed after reservation.(You need to cancel your payment and book again)
Rail bike boarding reservations is completed only after payment.
Reservation is automatically canceled if payment is not confirmed by midnight (12:00 am) on the day of reservation.
Reservation on the same day is not available and can only be purchased on-site on the first-come-first-served basis.(On-site purchases are also not available if sold out)
For group discounts, 10% discount is available for 8 cars with 4-seat capacity (30 passengers) or more.
For inquiries or reservations for groups of 30 or more, please call 033-245-1000~2.
Please bring your reservation number when you receive your ticket on-site.
Pets such as dogs are not allowed on board. (Possible when using a pet carrier)
Normal operations on rainy days too. (However, it may not be possible to operate if there are natural disasters such as heavy rain fall.))
For your safety, you can adjust the travel time if necessary.
Children over 36 months must sit on their seats and wear seat belts.
Infants under the age of 36 months are entitled to boarding with a guardian after completing the pledge.
Tickets cannot be reissued if lost.

Unlike ordinary bicycles, rail bikes are heavy, so please pay attention to the following about safety accidents.
Children and senior citizens must be boarded with their guardian.
Infants under 36 months are not allowed to board as a rule.
The riding capacity (two-seater/four-seater) should not be exceeded.
Two-seater/four-seater rail bikes should not set off at the same time.
Please stop unnecessary actions such as sudden stoppage, getting off without notice, and playing with other people during rail bike operation.
Be careful not to get your hands or feet caught in the rotating parts of the chain or on the wheels.
Please keep a safety distance of more than 10m so that it does not crash with the rail bikes front and back.
Do not drink or smoke while operating a rail bike.
Please get off after the rail bike has completely stopped.
If you lose your ticket, you will not be able to board or refund.
